Presentation on Feb. 11th at MoCA, North Miami

The exhibition at Dr. Mosquera's Art@Work went well. The Border Cruiser video sculpture and the illegal street vendor photographic series were well received. The turnout for the show was very good with a number of curators, Miami artists, art critics, and art collectors who turned out for the exhibition. I was very happy. If you were unable to make the opening of the exhibition, there is still time to see the photos that are up until April. The office located at 1245 SW 87th Avenue, Miami, FL 33174 is open everyday of the business week except Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
I am now getting ready for my presentation on February 11th at the Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami as part of their five minutes of fame program. I will have 5 minutes to talk about my work to the visiting public of the museum that evening. So I will be working on getting together my thoughts as well as visuals to make a great presentation.
I am also starting some new paintings. Now that the opening is behind me, I have a month of interrupted time before I will go off to New York for the Armory Art Fair. So I will use the time to make some progress with some ideas I have been contemplating.
