Working rain or shine

Today a tropical storm soaked South Florida with a constant drizzling rain. The overcast gray incessant precipitation was more reminiscent of a northern Winter day when it is not cold enough to snow. At least the temperatures here were tropical.
The past few days I spent working on a new collage. The project is progressing well but I ran out of material. So the piece will have to put it aside until more material can be secured.
Despite the recent minor set back, the past week I accomplished the majority of what I set out to do. I photographed three new artworks as well as made a background for a new collage. Not to mention, I was also able to finish a new piece and have it ready to exhibit. So overall, I feel pretty good with how things are progressing.
As for the rest of this week, I hope to take care of some of the business issues as well as get some work done on the computer. With ArtBasel Miami Beach just nine weeks away, my goal is to get done as much work as possible before the fair begins December 1st. Ideally, I would like to have twenty new pieces by that time. Wish me success!
